Gemco Joinery has a unique staff structure which encourages and promotes a culture of open communication and mutual respect. Apart from our regular Management meetings we also have regular meetings where all staff are kept informed on the progress of the company.
Rod Triplow
Joinery Manager
Rod has been in the joinery industry since 1973 including running his own joinery business for 10 years. He has a large knowledge base in the joinery field.
Rod has been with Gemco Joinery since the start of the business in 2006 and is proud to be part of a very talented team. Rod is also a valued member of the local volunteer fire brigade.
