The client, an architect, had a very specific vision in mind when he designed a home for him and his wife. Built in Havelock North’s newest subdivisions, the client wanted to push the boundaries of what’s ‘normal’, creating not only a visual masterpiece, but a home that brought a ‘rural’ feel into the urban area.
Boasting its own small vineyard, a barn inspired exterior and future proofed so that future internal alterations wouldn’t require council consents, this was certainly an interesting and exciting build for Gemco.
