The client, an architect, had a very specific image in mind when designing a home for him and his wife.  

Being built in one of Havelock North’s newest subdivisions, the client wanted to push the boundaries of ‘normal’ and create not only a visual masterpiece, but a home that brought a ‘rural’ feel in to the urban area.

Boasting its own small vineyard, a barn inspired exterior, and future proofed so that future internal alterations wouldn’t require council consent, this was surely an interesting and exciting build for Gemco.
