Private Back Section
Tucked away on a back section plot, this mono pitch house makes the most of the shape of the section. Utilising an L shape floor plan allowed the client to take advantage of the sun position during the day, spilling light in through the vast number of windows and glass doors adorning the building.
Clad with a grey Rockote finish, Zincalume features, and galvanised steel structural members, gives this home a modern, almost industrial feel from the exterior. The interior, in contrast gives a warm, homely feel with the rich colour choices, and warm wooden flooring.
